Ingredients to make Pahadi Paneer Tikka
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Onion chopped – 1 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
Tomato chopped – 1
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Green coriander chopped – 1/2 cup
Mint chopped – 1 cup
Cumin – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
Curd fresh – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Pahadi Paneer Tikka Recipe
To make Pahadi Paneer Tikka, which tastes wonderful, first cut paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato into square pieces of one inch each. After this keep all these ingredients separately. Now finely chop mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies. After this transfer these things in a mixer jar. Add cumin, two tablespoons of curd and one tablespoon of cream in the mixer and grind it. After this, take out the prepared paste in a bowl.
Now add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and salt as per taste to this paste and whisk it well. After this, take the iron stick used to prepare the tikka and grease it with some oil. After this, apply one piece each of paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato on it. In the same way, prepare sticks from all the ingredients one by one. Now apply the prepared marinade on these tikkas and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes.

Now put 1 teaspoon oil in a nonstick pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, fry all the tikka sticks in it. Roast it while turning it in between. When the tikka gets fried well and becomes golden and crispiness comes in it, then turn off the gas and serve hot Padahi Paneer Tikka with tomato sauce.
